Role Overview:
We are seeking multiple compassionate and dedicated Pastoral Managers to join our team of educators. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional and social well-being of our students, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to provide comprehensive pastoral care.
This role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to step up into a pastoral role.We welcome applications from candidates currently working with other agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement pastoral care programs to support student well-being.
Provide one-on-one support and counselling to students facing personal, social, or academic challenges.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address student needs.
