Salary: Teaching Assistant Scale 3 point 5 £13,327 (pro rata actual salary)
Hours: 25 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday term time only (with opportunity for Midday Assistant hours 2.5 per week Scale 1 point 3 - £1,388.60 pro rata actual salary)
Contract type: Permanent

Bank Lane Infant and Nursery School would like to appoint to a scale 3 Teaching Assistant to join their friendly school.
We are looking for a well-organised and enthusiastic person to join our highly motivated team with an opportunity for a midday assistant position.
The successful candidate will be required to:
1. Hold a Level 3 TA qualification.
2. Have experience of working within an Early Years/Key Stage 1 setting.
3. Have experience of supporting children with complex special educational needs and disabilities.
4. Have knowledge and understanding of how to adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs and ensure inclusion for all.
5. Show initiative, flair and creativity.
6. Be highly motivated and maintain the high standards already set within the school.
7. Be flexible and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Have excellent team working skills.
