My Cliernt, A national fire protection business are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing clients. This role involves handling customer accounts, processing orders, ensuring contract renewals, and supporting the field sales team. Knowledge of similat CRM systems, or even fire industry portals such as ProNet, and other compliance platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing exceptional service and support.
* Manage inbound and outbound communications, including emails and calls, to maintain strong relationships.
* Process orders, quotes, and service requests through internal systems and customer portals.
* Monitor and update client accounts on industry portals such as ProNet, OneTrace, and other relevant platforms.
* Ensure contract renewals, upselling additional services where appropriate.
* Liaise with field engineers, planners and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Track and report on key account metrics, identifying opportunities for growth.
