Job Summary
The HR Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring Verity Healthcare continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Verity Healthcare’s objectives.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and employment law.
Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinaries, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including CQC requirements.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
Maintain and improve HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with Verity Healthcare's values.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or care sector.
* CIPD Level 5 or higher qualification (or equivalent).
* Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in HR software and systems.
