The Assistant Head of Achievement and Aspirations will play a key strategic role in leading the development of Assessment, Data, Reporting and Exams within the school. This position combines a passion for pedagogy with a forward-thinking mindset to enhance the quality of education and equip students with skills for the future. The post-holder will work closely with the Leadership Team (LT) to embed teaching practices ensure students aspire and achieve to the best of their ability.
