Exciting Opportunity for a Stores Technician
We are working on behalf of a cutting-edge independent business that prides itself on innovation, quality, and precision. Our client is seeking a skilled Stores Technician to join their small, dynamic team in the Stores Department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving Goods: Efficiently manage the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
2. Goods Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming materials to verify compliance with company standards.
3. Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack materials for production and dispatch, ensuring all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
4. Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts, manage stock rotations, and maintain accurate stock records.
5. Dispatch: Coordinate the dispatch of goods, including the production and management of all export/customs documentation.
6. Compliance: Adhere strictly to all compliance regulations, maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Previous experience in a similar stores or warehouse role is essential.
2. Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
3. Forklift Experience: Forklift experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
4. PC Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
5. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work with excellent attention to detail.
6. Prioritisation: Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
