Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for M&E projects. Conduct risk, value management, and cost control activities throughout the project lifecycle. Manage contracts, including financial administration, subcontractor agreements, and supplier negotiations. Provide accurate forecasting and financial reporting on project progress. Work closely with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to client requirements. Support post-tender activities, including contract negotiation and value engineering. Skills & Experience Required A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an M&E Quantity Surveyor role. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and associated costs. Experience managing contracts, including NEC and JCT forms of agreement. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Strong analytical and financial management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach. Proficiency in industry-standard software for estimating and cost management.
