As a Sales Trainer, you’ll design and deliver training programs to enhance sales performance, boost customer satisfaction, and improve key metrics, such as revenue growth and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver training for B2B account managers, inbound sales, and outbound warranty teams. Align training with KPIs, including revenue, profit, and conversion rates. Assess training effectiveness and provide coaching on communication, negotiation, and objection handling. Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job coaching for UK and international teams. Create sales scripts, materials, and practical exercises to strengthen skills. Monitor post-training performance and offer ongoing support. Stay updated on sales trends and best practices. About You Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales Coach in an B2B and inbound/outbound sales environment. Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM, and key sales metrics. Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and engage. Experience in creating training materials, including presentations, scripts, role-plays, and e-learning content.
