What you’ll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries, providing excellent customer service. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth operations. Managing and resolving tickets in a timely manner, escalating where necessary. Supporting retail systems, including POS, to minimise downtime. Collaborating with 2nd line and wider IT teams to enhance user experience.
