We’re looking for a Production Manager based at our Lomondgate site in Dumbarton. In this role, you will lead a team to meet production targets while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

What you’ll do:
1. Manage a team of section managers to meet production goals and ensure smooth operations.
2. Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance (QA) and Health & Safety (HS) standards.
3. Align production processes with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) targets.
4. Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing departments.
5. Oversee the assembly, testing, and release of products, ensuring efficient processes.
6. Lead a team responsible for production activities across our Lomondgate site.
Skills and Experience:
1. Strong background in production management with proven leadership experience ideally within an Engineering environment.
2. Experience managing teams in a similar production or manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment.
4. Experience in Lean Six Sigma (desirable but not essential).
5. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
