We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Burton Albion Commercial Growth Director. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our commercial activities, developing and implementing a strategy that maximises revenue opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maximising Revenue Opportunities: Developing and implementing a growth-focused strategy to increase revenue through partnerships, sponsorship deals, hospitality sales, and ticketing.
* Partnership Development: Identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with brands, businesses, and organisations to grow revenue streams.
* Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities.
* Hospitality and Ticketing: Growing hospitality revenue through seasonal and match-by-match hospitality sales, and supporting the Ticketing Department to reach ticketing targets.
* Retail Sales: Supporting the Retail Department to reach retail targets and maximise revenue.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven Experience: A proven track record of experience in a similar role, ideally within the sports/entertainment industry.
* Sponsorship and Partnership Management: Experience of securing sponsorship/partnerships within sports, media, or entertainment.
* Commercial Contracts: Experience of commercial contracts, including rights negotiation.
* Strategy Development: A proven ability to develop and implement successful strategies, including return on investment.
* Additional Revenue Streams: Knowledge of additional revenue streams of a football club.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesise information for briefings, and good interpersonal and social skills.
* Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt and respond quickly to change, with a resilient, flexible, and positive attitude.
Estimated Salary:
ɂ60,000 - ɂ80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
