The Estates Administrator is a key member of the Estates Team and the extended Business Performance Leadership Team. The role encompasses functional responsibilities for ensuring, alongside the Upavon and South-Central Estate Manager, that Recruiting Group (RG) provides a best-in-class regional estates function fully satisfying internal and contractual requirements.
Estate Management is integral to supporting the recruiting operation by providing critical enabling services in support of the recruiting operation by ensuring a safe, compliant, and operational estate from which the recruiting teams can be highly effective.
What you'll be doing:
• Providing administration support to Recruiting Group Headquarters and the National Recruiting Centre
• Processing all incoming post and outgoing mail
• Managing electronic filing systems to ensure documents are stores correctly
• Supporting with stationary ordering
• Assisting with compliance or H&S issues
What we're looking for:
• Previous administration experience
• Good IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• A team player with initiative
• Proactive approach
