Administration Assistant We have a great new opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team based in Peterborough. You will be an integral part of our busy team, who are committed to delivering the highest quality experience to our customers. This role will play a vital part in the operation and smooth-running of the business and the successful candidate will be someone with proven high quality customer service skills, and the ability to frequently take responsibility for specific tasks. The role will vary greatly depending on the business needs. Listed below are examples of tasks to be carried out by our Administration Assistant: Working to a high standard, completing the end-to-end process for all training bookings Being the first point of contact for employer and individual enquiries about training bookings Answering all incoming phone calls Answering emails and sorting post Updating databases Use a variety of software packages (including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook) Scan, Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other members of the team Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information Create and maintain filing and other office systems Knowledge and experience: Essential: Proven experience in an Administrative or Clerical role Ability to make decisions and use your initiative Excellent multi-tasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good attention to detail A flexible and positive attitude Desirable: Experience of CRM software Benefits include: Pension Free, on-site, parking Casual Dress Hours: 40 hours per week 07:45 - 16:45 Monday to Friday 20 days holiday per annum BH
