* A well-established and respected independent practice in Swindon is offering a rare opportunity for an Optometrist to join them on either a part-time basis or to work full-time

Key Duties

* The practice boasts an open-plan layout with a contemporary design, offering a diverse range of eyewear options for patients following their eye examinations

* The role spans from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm and a designated day off during the week. NB, Only alternate Saturday required and no Sundays!
* The practice goes beyond standard eye tests, offering a variety of specialist clinics, including diabetic screening and glaucoma clinics with additional support towards further training such as Independent Prescribing
Package and Benefits
* The salary is fully negotiable and contingent on experience, with the potential to reach approximately 65,000 for exceptionally qualified and experienced professionals plus generous bonus worth c.5,000 per year
* The practice offers 5 weeks of holiday, along with an additional 8 days for bank holidays, recognizing the importance of work-life balance. The practice remains closed on bank holidays and Sundays

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
* GOC registration as an Optometrist is a prerequisite but you may still apply if already started your Pre registration year
