Responsibilities: As a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA), you will: Support students with SEN in the classroom to access the curriculum. Assist with the implementation of individual learning plans (ILPs). Provide emotional and behavioural support to students as needed. Foster an inclusive learning environment and promote positive behaviour. Work alongside teachers and other staff to ensure students’ needs are met. Requirements: As a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA), you will need: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs is preferred.
