Sales and Lettings Specialist
Location: Newcastle City Centre

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking for a new opportunity? An opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Lettings Specialist to join our team.
About the role:
Within this varied role, you will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent, consistent and responsive sales and lettings service. Duties will include:
1. Managing the client database, diary and lead generation
2. Carrying out viewings & canvassing
3. Assisting with listing of new properties
4. Delivery of feedback
5. Negotiating with clients
6. Agreeing sales and lets
7. Assisting with client progression to move in
Experience in the property sector is preferred but not a necessity; however, a highly organised professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service is essential.
About you:
* Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages
* Understanding of what makes a difference in delivering excellent customer service
* Enthusiastic team player
* Excellent attention to detail
