As a Payroll Specialist, you will work closely with the Payroll Manager, Payroll Team, HR and Finance to ensure an effective and timely payroll service is provided to the business.\n\nThe role will include but is not limited to:\n\nThe role:\n\nOverseeing all monthly payroll runs, ensuring accuracy of data and compliance with legal requirements\nProviding advice and guidance to employees on pay & tax related queries\nProviding monthly updates to the Board in relation to the budget, legal updates and payroll related initiatives in line with the company strategy\nAnalysis and reporting on financial data relating to payroll and providing meaningful data to internal stakeholders\nStrong knowledge of payroll systems and integrations\nDeveloping and streamlining payroll related processes\nDealing with external local & government bodies HMRC, local council for pay deduction related queries\nOverall responsibility for employee documentation including legal 'Right to work' documents.\nProcessing TUPE IN/OUT, handling different terms & conditions, assisting in preparation of Employer Liability Information sheet.\nManaging various pension schemes, including auto enrollment, LGPS and other DC type schemeThe person:\n\nAvailable immediately and looking for interim work\nMUST be able to work on site in Uxbridge 4 days a week.\nProven experience in a fast-paced end to end payroll positionBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
