Job Description Teamforce are seeking an experienced Shotcrete Nozzleman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shotcrete application, a valid Blue CPCS card, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Operate shotcrete equipment and apply shotcrete to various surfaces in compliance with project specifications. Work collaboratively with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor the shotcrete mix and adjust parameters as necessary to achieve optimal results. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is in good working order. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct quality checks on shotcrete application and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors. Assist in training and mentoring junior crew members as needed. Qualifications Valid Blue CPCS card. Proven experience as a Shotcrete Nozzleman with a minimum of 3 years in the industry. Strong understanding of shotcrete processes, equipment, and materials. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. References Must provide at least two professional references from previous employers or projects.
