The Role
Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Hours: 41 hours per week
Shift Pattern:Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:15pm and Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm
Are you looking to start a career in property maintenance and make a meaningful difference in the community?
Join us as a Maintenance Operative and help improve the lives of people using P3 Charity’s services by ensuring their living environments are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Working at various sites across Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire, you'll gain hands-on experience with weekly maintenance checks, general repairs to buildings and fixtures both inside and out, painting, and basic electrical and plumbing tasks, ensuring our properties remain a safe haven for all.
We’re looking for someone with DIY skills and experience, who can work with a wide range of people and take initiative. A company van, tools, and workwear are provided.
If you’re ready to gain more experience and/or progress in a career in property maintenance, whilst at the same time helping others, we want to hear from you.
