Objectives: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries at first contact. Deliver high-quality support via phone and email. Promote a strong customer service culture within the team. Ensure accurate data entry in company systems. Meet service level agreements for client queries and renewals. Contribute to team objectives and overall department success. Profile: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Awareness of the current economic climate. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Insurance knowledge is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
