Working hours: Full Time/Part Time opportunities.
Successful bonus payment: £250. You must pass your 12-week probation and complete all required training.

About the Service
As a Dementia centre of Excellence, Bowbrook is designed specifically to meet the needs of people living with dementia. The centre provides 90 individual living spaces which consist of six households, each with a communal kitchen, dining area, lounge, cinema room, and access to gardens and outdoor space, including a rooftop terrace. We also have a community hub on site offering a coffee bar, shop, hairdresser, events rooms, garden with children's play area, and much more.
In your new role, you will:
* Build relationships with residents that are open and two-way.
* Support residents to undertake their daily routines.
* Establish methods of communication with residents, reducing barriers when necessary.
* Accurately report and/or record work activities.
* Support with activities of daily living & personal care.
* Assist residents with mealtimes where necessary.
You will ideally have:
* Experience working within a care environment (advantageous but not essential as full induction training will be given).
* A warm-hearted, friendly manner, patience, kindness, and good communication skills.
* An open and honest character, respectful and celebrating diversity.
* The ability to be a natural caregiver and communicate in an open and honest manner with colleagues, residents, and their visitors.
