Role overview:
We are seeking a skilled Store Manager with strong leadership and communication abilities to lead their team towards achieving sales and KPI targets whilst providing unparalleled service.
Responsibilities:
1. Effectively running all store operations to ensure meeting or exceeding sales & KPI targets, set clear sales goals, track performances whilst evolving processes to ensure continuous store growth.
2. Creating a positive team culture through recruiting, training and continuously developing your staff. Building a motivated and high performing team, increasing chances of store success.
3. Analysing sales data and financial reports to make quick and well-informed decisions, identifying and responding to areas of opportunity Operationally & Commercially.
Role objectives and KPI’s:
1. Ensure the store achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction using NPS metrics.
2. Meet and exceed store sales targets through effective merchandising, stock replenishment & team motivation.
3. Monitor and drive all key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion, Units and more.
4. Managing store budgets and wage cost.
5. Efficient Management of P&L for your store.
6. Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing your team to enhance their performance and engagement.
Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in implementing, tracking and refining store operational processes in order to achieve maximum efficiency & KPI results.
2. Passion and confidence in Leading and Supporting your team through their own career Development.
3. An ability to interpret and react commercially to financial reports to support store sales growth.
