RG Consultancy are working with a rapidly growing business on a brand-new role for a Finance Manager. You will work for a growing SME within a small finance team, report to and work closely with the Financial Director. You will be responsible for the management accounts, day to day running of the accounts department and oversee a small team of two accounts assistants. 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays (rising with service) Free onsite parking Study support Private healthcare Flexible working Training and development Pension scheme The Role To lead a small sized finance team and the financial operations of the business To oversee and maintain accurate and timely accounting records Production of the monthly management accounts Cash flow management Budgets and forecasting Maintain fixed asset register Reporting to the board To support implanting change and a restructure of the department Any other tasks to support the Finance Director as required The Person CIMA/ACCA part or fully qualified Worked within an SME as a Finance Manager or a larger business as a management accountant would be an advantage Experience with implementation of a new system would be an advantage Experienced with managing or overseeing a small team
