The Role :
As the Head ofAgile Delivery, you will report directly to the COO, with an aim to toelevate agile practices and lead impactful projects across multiplecommercial lines within the business. You will be a champion ofcontinuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, andcustomer-centred solutions.
KeyResponsibilities:
* DeliveryManagement : Lead and ensure the successful delivery of keyprojects, staying aligned with the organisation’s commitment tocustomer satisfaction, timely delivery, and high standards across itsdiverse offerings.
* Team Leadership and Development: Develop and nurture a high-performing team of AgileDelivery Managers and Project Managers, fostering an environment thatreflects the company’s values—courage, teamwork, and customerdedication.
* Performance and Metrics : Defineand monitor KPIs that reflect agile delivery goals, using data-driveninsights to enhance team effectiveness and delivery processes.
* Agile Transformation Leadership : Driveagile transformation within the organisation, partnering withstakeholders to embed a pioneering spirit and customer focus intoevery project.
* Agile Coaching : Guide andsupport individuals and teams in adopting agile methodologies,promoting a culture that embraces learning and innovation.
* Stakeholder Management : Partner with seniorleaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities,maintain transparency, and drive effective decision-making.
* Continuous Improvement : Instil a culture offeedback and continuous improvement, reinforcing the commitment todelivering differentiated customer experiences.
* Resource Management : Oversee resourceplanning and prioritisation, ensuring teams are equipped to meet theirgoals efficiently and on time.
* Risk Management: Identify and proactively address risks, supporting aculture of resilience and adaptability.
What They’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience in agile delivery leadership within adynamic, customer-focused environment.
* Expertise in agilemethodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) with a demonstrated ability toadapt approaches to fit an organisation’s unique needs.
* Proven leadership in managing and developing teams, alignedwith the values of collaboration and customer-centricity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable ofinspiring and aligning stakeholders.
* Experience in agiletransformations, cultural change, and fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement.
* Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities, with a focus on delivering measurable value.
* Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira,Confluence).
Qualifications:
* Certifications like CertifiedScrumMaster (CSMI, II, II, II), Certified Agile Coach, or PMI-ACP area plus.
