As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the business, with a primary focus on embedding effective HR practices and driving engagement as part of our vision to be a true people’s organisation.
About the Role

As an HR team, we are focused on ensuring that our staff experience is a positive one throughout the employee lifecycle to attract and retain the best people and be able to change and adapt to provide excellent care and meet the needs of those we support.
Main Responsibilities
The main focuses of this role are:
* Working alongside our Head of HR to ensure the People agenda is implemented and consistently measured and evaluated
* Working closely with our ER Relations Manager, L&D Business Partner and Resourcing Manager, to support the delivery of an excellent, efficient, and effective HR service, ensuring that good practice is shared across Eden Futures
* Line-managing our HR Administrator, who oversees critical operational HR tasks such as onboarding, reference checks, and right-to-work processes.
* Partnering with our Operational leaders
* Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programmes and policies
* Leading engagement programmes; monitoring and improving this across Eden Futures
* Offering coaching and guidance to leaders in areas such as culture, team welfare, and leadership development
* Ensuring that we are compliant in key aspects of where HR oversee in our sector
* Supporting our growth and is comfortable with M&A/ TUPE
* Continuously improving our HR service, finding efficiencies in our processes and ways of working
* While the ER Manager leads on casework, you will assist during spikes and support managers with performance management processes.

* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.
* Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal guidance.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification/education.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments.
* Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and implement solutions independently.
* Adept at identifying areas for improvement and driving positive change within HR functions.
* Approachable, empathetic, and collaborative while maintaining professional boundaries.
* Flexible and adaptable to change, with a solution-oriented mindset.
