Exam Invigilator - Bristol (BS4)

We are seeking Exam Invigilators to work in a mainstream secondary school in Bristol during their mock exams and formal examination periods. £13.68 per hour
Session Times - 9.00 am - 12.00pm / 30pm - 4.00pm
School is based in Brislington, with excellent public transport links
Full training is provided for this positionAbout the role
Attending regular briefings by the Exams Officer
Setting up examination rooms, and clearing away after the exam
Welcoming students into the exam hall and ensuring a positive, organised atmosphere. Recording attendance on the examination seating plans
Monitoring students during the examination period, ensuring there is no talking or disruption
Ensuring candidates obey the regulations of an examination room as laid out in the JCQ examination guidelinesThe right candidate
Must hold an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Effective written and oral skills
Previous experience of working in a school environment
