Landscape Architect required to join a large multiple award winning AJ100 multi-disciplinary Architectural practice located in a striking contemporary studio space in Leeds City centre. Due to an increase in workload within the business, our client are seeking a qualified Landscape Architect to play a key role in expanding the current Landscape Team. The successful applicant will support the design and delivery of their projects across multiple sectors mentioned above. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including our in-house disciplines and high-profile designers, as well as their sector leading external partners. Your role will encompass supporting senior members in addition to taking the lead in the design and delivery of your own projects. Essential skills will include; attending client meetings, providing verbal presentations, preparing illustrative material and reports, concept design, developing technical solutions and construction drawings, specification writing utilising NBS Chorus, site inspections and reporting. Landscape Architects with a minimum of 5 years' experience within Practice with previous exposure to project work in the Education sector and Horticultural knowledge would be highly desirable Qualifications Degree / Diploma in Landscape Architecture or closely related subject. Chartered member of the Landscape institute. Software; AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite Desirable Keyscape, Revit, Enscape. Salary & Package £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus life assurance, pension and CPD programme. Flexible core working hours and the option of home working are available 2 days per week at 3 days in the office.
