Vacancy Title: Customer Quality Coordinator and Administrator
Engagement Type: Full-Time, permanent
The Role:
Reporting to the Quality Manager and working closely with the Quality Engineers, the Customer Quality Coordinator and Administrator is key to the smooth operating of the quality activities across this Beaufort Division site in Ellesmere Port.
Quality is a high focus for our company and customers, and the role will work efficiently and confidently to provide support, data, and records to the quality processes.
The role offers the opportunity to learn and progress within the Quality and other teams across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support collection of data and preparation of quality records.
2. Gather and coordinate key quality data on time.
3. Administer the customer returns and complaints system and related escalations.
4. Support and track supplier goods to be returned via the reject process and linked to complaints.
5. Support the administration of concessions.
6. Support the preparation of containment records.
7. Support and administer quarantine and non-conforming materials, disposition processes.
8. Support the administration of Non-Conformances (NC’s/NCR’s).
9. Control stamps and training records for Quality and Inspection employees.
10. Support the preparation for quality meetings.
11. Maintain positive relationships with Quality and other staff.
12. Other administration activities as defined by the Quality Team.
Qualifications and Core/Critical Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Organised with good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts/customers at any one time.
3. ERP System knowledge advantageous.
4. An ability to work within a team but also act on own initiative.
5. Computer literate, particularly in Word and Excel.
6. Ability to successfully adapt to change quickly.
7. Previous experience in Administration.
