We are looking for an experienced Practitioner Manager who will need to be a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England and have significant post qualifying experience. The successful applicant will supervise up to 8 Social Workers/assessors in the Adult Learning Disabilities Team. The Practice Manager will also ensure that statutory assessments and reviews are assigned and completed within expected performance targets and quality standards. In addition, they will participate in the Community Duty rota. The post holder must be proactive in promoting anti-discriminatory practices and supporting council policy.
