In a Nutshell… We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities fit out Project Lead to join our team within Vistry Services, across various offices in the Midlands. As our Facilities fit out Project Lead, you will be leading and managing workplace fit-out projects from start to finish, working closely with nominated design and build contractors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality office spaces. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The role also involves working with the regional teams to help coordinate staff relocation to the newly completed office and overseeing the efficient exit and handover of the old premises. The position is vital in delivering functional, compliant, and sustainable workplaces that meet the needs of the business. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of fit-out projects, ensuring milestones are met. Be the link between all internal departments to ensure smooth delivery Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and external consultants. Facilitate regular updates and reporting to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Ensure fit-out designs align with company branding and functionality needs. Work with appointed contractor to agree layouts and designs Integrate sustainability and energy efficiency into project designs. Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money. Track expenses and prepare financial reports. Negotiate contracts and procurement terms with suppliers and vendors. Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and internal SHE policies and processes, and industry standards. Conduct quality assurance inspections at various project stages.
