Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Bid Manager and Writer at Flexible Business Solutions for a 6-month fixed-term, with the very real opportunity to turn this into a substantive role. The role includes bid preparation, bid management, bid writing, and overseeing bid processes. The Bid Manager and Writer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, creating compelling proposals, and ensuring the successful submission of bids. You should be comfortable working with a range of clients at all levels of seniority; as a proactive communicator, you will be happy to work directly with clients with minimal oversight.
We are very keen to hear from Bid Managers/Writers who are experienced in digital health/health tech industries; however, if this is not your experience base, please still consider applying. The role will be remote, with reasonable expectations to undertake travel within the UK; however, alternatives may be considered for the right candidate. You must retain the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications
* Bid Preparation and Bid Management skills
* Bid Writing and Proposal Management expertise
* Knowledge of bid processes
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
* Experience in a similar role is essential, with writing skills our priority
Salary Range:
£45-50k with a bonus attached to any leads that translate into a signed contract.
Transparency note: We are unable to offer a salary above £50k for this role; therefore, please ensure you are comfortable with this salary range when applying. Whilst the location states Birmingham, we are not limiting our search to this locality only.
