Talent Acquisition Specialist - High-Growth Recruitment Private Equity Firm
Location: Leeds Based
Salary: £30,000-£45,000 DOE with potential to earn over £100,000.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Talking to Top Talent: You’ll be cold calling and headhunting senior professionals to fill specialist roles.
2. Building Connections Online: Using LinkedIn and other platforms, you’ll promote roles, reach out to candidates, and keep the talent pipeline buzzing.
3. Networking in Real Life: You’ll organise and attend events like recruitment fairs, conferences, and networking sessions to meet potential candidates.
4. Collaborating with Leadership: Work closely with senior team members to understand their hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
5. Managing the Recruitment Process: You’ll handle everything from start to finish, making sure it’s smooth and professional for everyone involved.
6. Growing the Talent Pool: Keep building a strong network of candidates to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you’ve worked in private equity, venture capital, or high-growth companies before.
2. Confident on the Phone: You’re comfortable with cold calling and building relationships with candidates.
3. Social Media Savvy: You know how to use LinkedIn and other platforms to connect with people and promote opportunities.
4. Proactive and Organised: You can juggle multiple projects and keep everything moving.
5. A People Person: You’re great at communicating and building rapport with candidates and colleagues alike.
6. Event-Ready: Experience with planning and attending events to boost the company’s profile is a bonus.
