We are looking for an Account Manager toplay a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding standard customer relationships by creating successful and profitable relationships through the deployment of TSUK resources.

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding standard customer relationships with single larger/several smaller or regionally based customers to enable sales targets to be achieved, whilst leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met.
The role is jointly accountable with CVC Managers (if applicable) for achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs.

Conduct customer visits and negotiations at all levels required by customer structure and geographical location for standard customers, and generate complete customer visit reports after each customer visit, to meet customer needs and deliver business outcomes.

Negotiate and agree sales contracts, including deployment of the agreed Account Plan with the customer on prices, volumes, service level agreements, etc. to meet customer requirements, and in line with targets and business capabilities.

Establish and manage productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned standard customer accounts.

Identify, tactfully investigate and positively resolve issues of under:performance of assigned standard accounts with respect to our requirements from that customer relationship.

In partnership with the Customer Services Representatives, Customer Technical Services and CVC Managers (if applicable), routinely measure Account performance against plan for assigned standard accounts and act to coordinate company resource, ensuring profitable sales volume and strategic objectives are achieved, in order to meet Account performance objectives and customers' expectations

Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary expertise through the, Customer Services Representatives, Customer Technical Services, and CVC Managers (if applicable)

Within the sales sector, you will be responsible for managing the business relationship within the account(s) with extensive face to face contact for assigned standard customers.
We see your potential:
As an Account Manager, ideally you'll hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
You'll have proven skills in relationship management and at resolving issues arising in a supplier:customer situation with standard customers alongside being able to represent the business externally, both with customers and non:customers. You'll need to have the ability to work with a diverse range of people and cultures and communicates effectively at senior levels, in a style appropriate to the audience.
