Job title: Dispute Resolution Associate, Farnborough
Salary: £51,000-£70,000
PQE Level: 4+ PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
You will be joining an innovative and well-respected Legal 500 and Chambers rated firm in their highly regarded dispute resolution team. As an associate, you will be working closely with the entire disputes division on a range of contentious matters. Our client is rapidly growing due to work rising year on year and needs a high quality dispute resolution associate to support going forward.
At the heart of the planning team, you will be responsible for:
* Working with corporates, investors, financial institutions, creditors and other stakeholders.
* Working on:
o Shareholder disputes
o IT/Tech disputes
o Property Disputes
* Supporting the growth of more junior individuals alongside dealing with your own caseload.
To be considered for this role you will:
* Have impressive knowledge of a variety of disputes and their processes.
* Be able to apply practical knowledge to commercial business issues.
* Have excellent communication and client care skills
* Have client-facing experience
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Have a desire and willingness to assist in business development and marketing
