Our integrated team works passionately to deliver our progressive service and continue to seek and develop innovative ways of working with Kensington and Chelsea families to enable children to have their best start in life.
Children, young people, and families are our focus and passion, and we are inviting passionate Health Visitors, with a desire to work more intensively with families, to join our dynamic diverse team. We champion the role of community health professionals to make sure our families get the best care closer to home. The current climate means this is more important than ever; ensuring that all families access face-to-face services and only have to tell their story once.
The intensive 0 – 5 programme is a new, early intervention home visiting programme delivered over the course of a year. The underlying aim of the intervention is to enhance parent-child relationships as a means to improving child development and school readiness thereby preventing escalation to statutory intervention.
You will assist the Team Lead to deliver the 0-5 intensive support programme and will have the opportunity to develop high levels of professional skills and practice as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
