Description
* Work closely with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Plan deliveries to meet high expectations of customer service.
* Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure optimal stock levels.
* Provide input to the supply planning team regarding stock levels and demand forecasts.
* Manage customer stock levels and review demand.
* Liaise with supply sites.
* Undertake strategic planning of the distribution network.
* Identify and address any potential supply chain issues.
Profile
A successful Planner should have:
* Previous logistics experience.
* Proficiency in using forecasting software and other relevant IT systems.
* Experience investigating data.
* Strong analytic skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
