TristoneNash are pleased to be supporting one of our close Housing Association partners to appoint an Operations Manager on a 9 month fixed term contract to oversee the day-to-day running of major response repairs and voids maintenance projects across the West Midlands.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for maximising commercial performance of all repairs & maintenance services to tenants whilst managing a large DLO to include Repairs Supervisors and Multi Trades.
Additional duties will see the Operations Manager oversee service delivery making sure tenants' homes are safe and secure and all voids properties are turned around in the required timescale. This is an exciting opportunity for a social housing repairs professional to work with a well-regarded housing association who aim to make a real difference in delivering housing repairs to much-needed communities. Experience of delivering social housing repairs and voids services for past organisations will be the key to succeed in this role.
