Job Description
We are looking for Multi traders in the Bristol and Bath areas, working on social housing repairs and maintenance. You will receive £21-£22 per hour, weekly pay, and fuel allowance.
As the Multi trade, you will be responsible for:
1. Repairs and maintenance within occupied properties
2. Liaising with tenants
3. Working off a PDA system
The Multi trade person will receive in return:
1. £21-£22 per hour
2. Guaranteed 40 hours per week
3. No Call-Outs
The successful Multi trade person will have:
1. NVQ or time served in relevant trade
2. Skills in carpentry and minor plumbing
3. Social Housing Experience
4. Own vehicle and tools
