The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve:
Supporting the learning and development of children aged [insert age range].
Assisting in planning and delivering creative and stimulating activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Providing one-on-one and small-group support to children, catering to their individual needs.
Promoting positive behavior and fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to working with young children.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable
Pediatric First Aid certification.
Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN).
Additional training or qualifications in early years education.
