Job summary
This role as a Customer Service Advisor at Avery Healthcare is a temporary position that requires an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Main duties of the job
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include maintaining the reception area to a high standard, supporting the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing sales enquiries, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.

We are now seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Customer Service Advisor.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Customer Service Advisor will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person, and by telephone.
Other responsibilities will include:
1. Being responsible for the reception area and ensure it is always presented to a high standard.
2. Supporting with the process of show rounds.
3. Actively following up and manage any sales enquiries through to admissions.
4. Assisting the Home Administrator as required.

6. Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite.

8. Ideally have previous experience in working in a customer service role for a minimum of two years.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner, be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office suite, demonstrate a positive attitude towards residents and visitors, and have a minimum of two years' previous experience in a customer service role.
