Customer Service Centre Administrator(s)
Salary: £27,711 - £28,624 pro rata
Hours and Contract Details: Multiple hours available on a permanent basis - full and part time hours considered across each location.
Work base: Various locations around the Cumberland area including Carlisle, Millom, Workington and Whitehaven.
About the role:
Do you enjoy working independently and with a fantastic team of people? Our Customer Service Centre team provides a variety of key service provisions. We deliver a high-quality service that meets customer needs (both internal and external) whilst optimising technology and improving processes to deliver an excellent customer experience.
The successful candidate will join a friendly and proactive team who are passionate about providing top-level customer service and supporting the delivery of the Council's statutory obligations while embedding Cumberland Council's Values.
