Responsibilities
1. Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for various projects.
4. Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement within the organisation.
5. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing data-driven insights during project management phases.
6. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that complex information is easily understood.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
2. Familiarity with server management and database systems is advantageous.
3. Strong understanding of business analysis principles and project management methodologies.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate future trends based on historical data.
5. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to smash through large datasets efficiently.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
