As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a high-quality, trauma-informed children's home. Your leadership will help create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where children can heal, grow, and thrive. What You'll Be Doing ? Supporting Heal Care Group to raise the bar for children in care in everything we do. ? Overseeing the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding care. ? Ensuring compliance with The Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Ofsted requirements, and all relevant legislation. ? Providing strong leadership, guiding and developing a high-performing care team. ? Maintaining and improving safeguarding standards, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child. ? Managing referrals and placements, ensuring the right support is in place for each child. ? Developing and implementing individual care plans, working closely with external agencies. ? Promoting education and life skills, supporting children to reach their full potential. ? Maintaining high-quality record-keeping, reporting, and monitoring systems. ? Ensuring the home is well-presented, welcoming, and maintained to a high standard. What We're Looking For ? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete). ? At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a children's residential setting. ? Strong knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and Ofsted regulations. ? Ability to inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing care team. ? A full UK driver's licence.
