Role Purpose Coordinate and implement events, compliance and track budgets across Professional Education & Development (PED) Team. Handle UK PED budget, POs, suppliers etc; Compliance and Health Care Compliance (HCC) support Coordinating between teams to help plan & coordinate events for customer teams including internal & externally held events Support for Professional Affairs Consultant (PAC) Team Handling Key Opinion Leader email communications in conjunction with PED and marketing teams. Coordinate copy clearance as required by PED What you will be doing: Accurate tracking of PED budget, m aintaining the budget tracker to reflect spend vs budget and a ccountable to Senior Manager PED for accurate and up to date tracking. Lead internally held and externally held events for customer teams, c ollaborating closely with and supporting PED, Marketing and Customer Teams to plan, coordinate and execute all physical and digital events. Including faculty, invites, HCC requests into HCC Life, materials, catering, requesting POs to be raised, working with agencies, closing related POs & Goods Receipting. In scope are HCC requests for Head Office organised events; Out of scope are HCC requests for sales team events (which are handled by sales administrator). Support PED Blended Learning Programmes by m anaging multi module learning journeys. Maintain and develop relationships with third party suppliers i ncluding weekly catch ups, approving invoices and working collaboratively to improve processes and ensuring deadlines are met. Provide support to the Professional Affairs Consultant PAC team and to PAC team manager Including requesting POs, working with 3rd party travel agency, handling queries and meeting logistics Primary individual administration support: Close interaction between functions required (PED, Marketing, Sales and other administration roles) all based at Pinewood. Access to digital systems Invoicing, contracts and other official documentation requires secured onsite storage to comply with HCC and regulatory policies. Various administration tasks (eg large scale printing of materials for meetings and conferences) require regular use of office based equipment (printers, photocopiers, and laminators).
