Role Purpose:
As a Business Improvement Manager, you will report to the Regional Director of Mears Supported Living Limited. The Business Improvement Manager ensures continuous business and quality improvements in Scotland. The role is crucial in driving improvements, managing teams, and maintaining quality performance, providing assurance that quality services are delivered to clients while managing risks.
Role Criteria:
* Willingness to complete SVQ 4 level or equivalent required qualifications for the role
* Experience working within health and social care
* Awareness of the regulations and SSSC codes of practice
* Experience of line management at service manager level
* Ability to produce and deliver plans and reports for senior and executive teams
* Excellent communicator with the ability to convey both technical and non-technical messages
* IT skills – competent in Microsoft Office
* Leadership and problem-solving skills
* Full current driving license
* Able to work alone or as part of a team
* Quality driven
* Able to challenge common practices
* Strong management style and people skills
