Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial management and reporting for multiple business locations. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Manage and develop a small finance team. Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance. Requirements: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar leadership role in a multi-site environment. Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills.
