Job title: Electrician Main purpose of job : To support the Electrical Projects and Maintenance Manager and Contracts Manager as a key member of the Electrical team. Responsible to : Electrical Contracts Manager Liaison with: All staff Main tasks of job: Apply electrical knowledge in a range of project/planned maintenance/corrective/installation situations using judgements on how to perform in order to achieve quality, cost and time objective.
Our customers include but are not limited to: Hampshire County Council, West Berkshire Council, Draper Tools, Emcor, Test Valley Council and it is incumbent on this role to ensure that priorities are met and resources are utilised to optimum efficiency.
Responsible for: Working independently ensuring the contract or project task is delivered to specification and cost.
Analyse and understand technical issues, diagnose, and provide solutions so as to maximise performance.
Feedback to team leader and customer, status of project or work so that both are fully aware of the progress to date.
Liaise and keep customer informed so as to project a positive and professional image.
Balancing own priorities and workload in order to ensure customer objectives are achieved and contractual obligations are met.
Working in a structured and tidy fashion, observing all relevant health and safety legislation and required operating standards.
The Candidate Minimum 3 years' practical experience as an Electrician
Time served Apprenticeship.

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Qualifications 18th edition electrical and wiring
2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing Preferred
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
AM2 Assessment (or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence.
