You will contribute to the delivery of the service, providing both a call handling service and digital response service utilising current communication and IT systems. Customer service experience, call handling experience, effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to display relevant IT skills. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a very busy team. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
