Commercial / Residential Valuation Surveyor (Associate, Senior, Associate Director, Director level) - Hiring in Bristol and surrounding areas - Home working - Basic Salary up to approx. £75,000 plus 35% bonus over agreed net revenue.
Established in 2018, our client is a specialist independent Valuation firm specializing in the valuation of residential and commercial real estate for loan security purposes.
Currently a team of 17, they are looking for commercial and/or Residential Valuation Surveyors to join them at the early level as they level up with ambitions to become a major player nationwide.
Their work is mainly secured lending (approx. 70%), with the rest being private valuation/red book valuation work. Around 70% of their work is commercial; however, they have indicated that they will consider residential-only experience and can adjust the work to a degree to suit people's preferences. The expected workload is 3-5 surveys per week depending on the size and complexity of the valuation.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2.5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
* MRICS/FRICS qualification and registered valuer status.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits:
* Basic Salary - up to approx. £75,000 depending on experience and location, plus a bonus (35% over agreed figure) and monthly car allowance.
* Car allowance paid monthly on top of salary (amount to be confirmed).
* 35% commission/bonus over agreed target.

* Remote and flexible working environment with the option to work from a local office (they are wanting to have offices nationwide and have no issue with arranging workspaces to be shared with other Surveyors as the team grows initially).
