Job Description
1. Provide overall leadership to entire project team
2. Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
3. Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
4. Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
5. Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule
6. Manage budget and financial reporting
7. Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
8. Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program.
9. Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions

The Successful Applicant
10. 5-10 years' experience in Commercial Construction Project Management
11. Exemplified good tenure throughout their career
12. Experience running multiple projects
13. Ability to run projects from start to finish
14. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
15. OSHA certification preferred
16. Proficient in project management software
17. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
